FX-322 is a new investigational drug that aims to activate and restore cells in the inner ear needed for healthy hearing. There are no costs for you to participate. If it is determined that you qualify far the study, you will receive all study-related care, including medical tests, clinical care, investigational study drug, and study-related travel all at no cost to you. Your participation in this study will last far about 4.5 months, during which you may have at least 6 in person study visits. Participation is completely voluntary and you may discontinue at any time.
