Normal aging in the face is often associated with loss of volume, especially in the cheeks, around the eyes, in the temples, and in the lips. Injectable fillers can replenish the volume of a youthful face and reduce the appearance of fine lines and deep wrinkles.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are the product of choice for superficial injections that target delicate areas such as the lips and thin tissues near the eyes. HA fillers integrate into the skin tissues to gently fill in etched lines. This clear gel is similar to the natural substances that give your skin volume and softness.

Risks of Fillers
Pain during the injection process and soreness for a few days after the procedure.
Bruising is common especially around the eyes.
Infection is rare, however, always a possibility.
Bleeding and bruising are expected with most invasive procedures. It is important to discontinue blood thinners as directed by physician.
Numbness, tingling or altered sensation is expected in the region of any skin incision.
Lumpiness or small nodules may be noticed and should be firmly massaged 5 times daily during the first week to help distribute the product evenly.
Vascular Occlusion is a rare complication. Care is required not to inject directly into blood vessels, which could cause blockage of blood flow and tissue damage. Injection of a blood vessel near the eye could cause blindness.
Disappointment is a common complication of all forms of cosmetic procedures. Overcorrection, undercorrection, asymmetry or other disappointment may be improved with additional injections or the passage of time. It is impossible to correct every visible imperfection or asymmetry. It is important that you have realistic expectations going into the procedure. Do not hesitate to talk with your provider about your beauty goals and any questions or concerns before your scheduled appointment date.
Further Touch Ups may be needed in the future.
