Karah Frizzell, RN, BSN

Ever since I was born, I have maintained a fascination with the realm of aesthetics in its entirety. The subjects of fashion, art, and design have always enamored me. After graduating from Clemson University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I decided to find an avenue to merge both my passion for healthcare with my lifelong love for the realm of aesthetics. I strive to inspire confidence in others and help people feel beautiful in their own skin.

As the Cosmetic Coordinator at Richmond Facial Plastics, I enthusiastically look forward to walking hand in hand with you in order to make your beauty goals a reality.

Karah Frizzell, RN, BSN graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She has enthusiastically worked side by side with Dr. Armstrong since November of 2020 in order to master various medical procedures in the realm of aesthetics. Karah offers various injectable treatments such as Botox (Xeomin) or filler injections, as well as non-ablative laser treatments such as IPL therapy, tattoo removal, and laser hair reduction. Karah is Dr. Armstrong’s facial plastic surgery nurse and routinely assists with all cosmetic & reconstructive surgeries. Karah strives for natural results & genuinely loves making all each of her patients feel beautiful in their own skin.
