Our providers work as a team to provide an exceptional patient experience. Most office appointments are scheduled with one of our experienced nurse practitioners, who work together with Dr. Armstrong, the founder and medical director of Richmond ENT. Each nurse practitioner has at least 10 years’ experience and was personally trained in otolaryngology by Dr. Armstrong. They are qualified to diagnose and medically manage most ENT concerns. Dr. Armstrong performs the surgical procedures and is readily available for medical supervision or diagnostic consultation when needed.
